Koa Gudelunas founded Vital Signs Research Group after more than a decade in clinical research, driven by a passion for advancing medical technology through high-quality, personalized testing. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and brings deep expertise in physiology, regulatory standards, and study design. With a commitment to precision and innovation, Koa leads the team in helping clients develop safe, effective, and FDA-ready medical devices.

Sierra Poe, RN is a registered nurse with over 9 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on quality improvement. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of California, San Diego. Sarah oversees daily study operations from start to finish, ensuring protocols are followed and compliance is maintained while establishing a cheerful and safe atmosphere.
